Working principle:
YR series hot air furnace (Patent No.200420016992.9) consists of fuel supply device, air supply device, combustion device, combustion chamber and thermal control system. All steel structure furnace combustion chamber furnace wall is composed of multiple different angle of steel umbrella ring set, there is a certain gap between each ring, the furnace outer wall is made of steel cylinder, the outer wall and combustion chamber furnace wall formed between a ring channel, the cold air enter through the ring channel, from the gap between the ring umbrella into the furnace mixes with the high temperature flue gas . The steel umbrella ring of the furnace inner wall is made of different steel based on the working temperature.
Main Performance and features

★ heating stability: the heating temperature is 100-1200℃ adjustable; the hot blast furnace load adjustment is flexible, can be controlled by fully automatic, manual way.
PLC controlling system:
The state mark of the normal operation of the fuel oil hot air furnace is the reasonable ratio of the fuel quantity and the drum air volume, which makes the furnace temperature, outlet flue gas temperature and exhaust gas temperature keep within a certain range to dry the materials . In different process occasions, the measurement and control parameters is different.
The control system can be used in the manual or automatic method, and the automatic functions are as follows:
⑴. Automatic purge (front purge, rear purge), program ignition, flame out automatic protection;
⑵. Over temperature alarm and protection;
⑶. External fault alarm and protection;
⑷. Automatic adjustment of oil volume and combustion air volume;
⑸.The touch screen centrally displays the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, valve position and flow rate, as well as controlling the start-stop and switch functions of each process equipment to monitor the operation status of each process equipment;
⑹. Manual / automatic switching function.
According to the need of the central control DCS system, the PLC system can communicate with the DCS system; The communication modes include Ethernet, Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and point-to-point etc. That is, the PLC control system can exchange data with the central control DCS system through the above communication methods, so as to realize the remote control of the DCS system to furnace on site.
