Working principle:
The FJRn series biomass hot air furnace (vertical steel mixed structure) is specially developed to meet the market demand of energy conservation and emission reduction, burning crop straw, rice husk, bark, wood chips and other biomass fuels. This model has the characteristics of easy ignition, fast heating up, full combustion, high burn-off rate, stable heating supply, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

Thermal engineering control system:
Makes sure the furnace temperature, outlet flue gas temperature and exhaust gas temperature keep within a certain range to realize the stable heating of the system. For different process occasions, the measurement and control parameters are different. According to the needs of the DCS system, design the channel to communicate with the upper computer. The analog amount 4-20mA signal which PLC output needed, the switching amount state signal and the switching amount operation signal the PLC received, exchange the information with the upper computer by the PLC through the bus.
